For users of the Taxpayer Personal Account, tax notices are uploaded in electronic form. Therefore, users of this service should check their Personal Account.
For taxpayers not connected to this service, tax notices will be delivered by the postal service in the near future. The mailing will take place in stages and will end in October, so everyone will have enough time to review the charges and pay taxes by December 1.
To avoid inconveniences associated with receiving tax notices on paper, tax authorities recommend switching to electronic interaction and managing your tax affairs without leaving home, using the "Налоги ФЛ" mobile application or the Taxpayer Personal Account via a computer or phone.
As a reminder, in the Personal Account, you can get up-to-date information on all real estate objects owned by you and registered vehicles, receive a tax notice in electronic form, view charges, pay taxes, and fill out a 3-NDFL tax return.
Property taxes are calculated by tax authorities taking into account all benefits. For more detailed information on rates and benefits for property taxes in each municipality, you can visit the online service "Reference information on rates and benefits for property taxes" on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
In their tax notices, residents of the republic will see payment details for quick tax payment, namely a unique accrual identifier (UIN), a barcode, and a QR code. You can pay the accrued taxes in a few minutes in any convenient way by using the Personal Account on the Federal Tax Service of Russia website, the "Налоги ФЛ" mobile application, or the Personal Account on the Госуслуги portal.
