Applications are now open for the "Productivity Leaders" training program, conducted by the Productivity Enhancement Center at the Russian Foreign Trade Academy of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
Over 12,500 people from 80 regions of the country have already completed this training.
In 2026, two programs are provided:
"Comprehensive Program for Systemic Improvement of Enterprise Efficiency and Competitiveness" (248 academic hours) for top management.
The training lasts 4 months and includes: distance learning, webinars with experts, 3 in-person meetings in Moscow, workshops on implementing tools with feedback from experts, teamwork, and mentor support for teams. The program starts on May 25, 2026.
"Tools for Improving Operational Efficiency and Competitiveness" for line and middle managers. The program includes online training, with cohorts starting from May 18, 2026.
For enterprises participating in the federal project "Labor Productivity", the training is provided completely free of charge. You can find more details here.
Applications must be submitted no later than 20 days before the start of training via the link.
