More than 320 million rubles were directed to the major renovation. Nail Magdeev noted that immediately after the end of the school year, Chelny builders began work at a rapid pace. Thanks to their efforts, the school has acquired a modern look by the beginning of the new school year, and the tasks set to create comfortable conditions for students have been fulfilled.
"Words of gratitude to the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov for his decision to allocate additional resources. Special thanks to our builders and, of course, the parents. Today we saw how parents, impressed by this beauty and the huge scale of the work performed, came and began to help the school: they are washing classrooms, cleaning up, and bringing that very polish that should be in Her Majesty the School. The school has acquired the most modern look, and together with parents and teachers, we are happy that such conditions have been created in School No. 45 today. We wish everyone success in the new school year," said Nail Magdeev.
The building, constructed in 1985 and which had not previously undergone major repairs, has been transformed beyond recognition. Doors and the entrance group have been updated, finishing work, roofing and facade installation have been carried out, and all engineering networks have been put in order: heating, water supply, sewage, ventilation, electrical and low-voltage systems. Now the surrounding area is being landscaped, and a modern landscaped playground with a special surface has appeared. It is worth noting the particular relevance of the update: the educational institution is designed for a thousand students, but there are 1,100 children at the desks here. Nail Magdeev inspected the classrooms, the assembly hall, as well as the small and large sports halls. The mayor emphasized that contractors must strictly monitor the quality of work at each stage, since after the delivery of the facility, they bear warranty responsibility for all work performed.
