A meeting was held at the Executive Committee between a representative of the Regional Competence Center in the field of labor productivity of the Republic of Tatarstan, Marat Makhmutov, and enterprises of the city's real economy sector. The enterprises were informed about the state support measure provided within the framework of the federal project "Labor Productivity".
As part of the federal project, enterprises can receive expert support free of charge: specialists help identify and eliminate production losses, as well as master tools and competencies in the field of lean manufacturing. The average economic effect from the implementation of project activities is estimated by enterprises at 18 million rubles.
Note that all activities for participating enterprises of the federal project are implemented completely free of charge.
Let us recall that from 2025, the federal project is part of the structure of the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy" and is the legal successor and logical continuation of the national project "Labor Productivity", which was implemented from 2018 to 2024.
The city's enterprises are active participants in the federal project, accounting for almost 22% of the total number of participants in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since 2018, 85 Chelny companies have been working to improve operational efficiency through the introduction of lean manufacturing tools. Of these, 9 enterprises joined the federal project in 2026 and are already implementing measures to increase their productivity and eliminate losses.
