Parks and embankments are actively developing in the city. The Pribrezhny Park and the embankment named after Fikryat Tabeev (stages 1–4), the Gabdulla Tukay Square and the Musa Jalil Square have been landscaped.

A large-scale event programme is held in these spaces: more than 300 events over the summer, including sports workouts, festivals, excursions and film screenings.

Large-scale floral decoration of the city is underway: planting of annuals, creation of vertical landscaping and volumetric green sculptures. Tree pruning and crown shaping are also carried out.

In the future – development of landscaping projects for private territories on a commercial basis, sale of planting material, increasing the share of perennials and inert materials to 50%, introduction of automatic irrigation systems to reduce costs.

• «Fitness in Parks» – free workouts at 6 venues, 8 disciplines.
• Regular: English conversation club, «Smart Games» for children, Saturday starts, excursions.
• Major festivals: «PROSTO.FEST» in Pribrezhny Park, beach sports festival (volleyball and SUP boards), festival on the Tabeev embankment (lectures, fair, excursions), DJ picnic, summer KVN cup, dog-friendly festival.
