From July 23 to 26, the open professional skills competition will be held on the square of the Pribrezhny Park in Naberezhnye Chelny, bringing together 50 of the best public transport drivers from 42 cities of Russia and Belarus.
The event is organized by the Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny, PJSC KAMAZ and the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "City Transport". The general sponsor of the competition is PJSC KAMAZ. Holding the competition in the anniversary year highlights the significance of the automobile city as a leading center of the country's automotive industry and public transport.
The participants will have to complete three stages: a test of theoretical knowledge of traffic rules; high-speed maneuvering; comfortable driving, where smoothness of control and quality of passenger transportation are assessed.
Supporting talents, developing professional skills and enhancing the prestige of working professions are at the focus of the national project "Personnel". This competition will become a vivid example of the implementation of these goals in practice. After all, the safety and comfort of citizens depend on the skill of drivers.
All competitions will be held on NEFAZ-5299-40-52 buses manufactured by the city-forming enterprise. The winner will receive a Moskvich car as a reward. The silver medalist will receive 200 thousand rubles and a refrigerator, and the third-place holder will receive 100 thousand rubles and a TV set. Four special nominations are also provided, including "best debutant" and "best passage of the high-speed maneuvering track".
A rich program has been prepared for the guests of the celebration: an exhibition of PJSC KAMAZ buses, the KAMAZ-master sports truck and cars of the "M" line of JSC Moskvich, a drawing of valuable prizes. Creative groups of the city will perform on stage, as well as the Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Firdus Tyamaev. Activists of the Russian Student Teams will take part in the ceremonial events.
The competition will become a bright event of the anniversary year, uniting the professional community, equipment manufacturers and city residents.
