The meeting of the final board of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan took place today in Naberezhnye Chelny. The event was held at the Ayaz Gilyazev Tatar Drama Theater and was dedicated to the results of its work in 2020.
The work of the final board was attended by deputies of the State Duma Alfiya Kogogina and Ildar Gilmutdinov, Chairman State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Leyla Fazleeva, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatarstan Irada Ayupova, Mayor of the city Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev.
"Today you are in the former recreation center "Builder", built back in the 80s of the last century. Today, the Tatar Drama Theater, which is located in this building, is one of the most beautiful and best theaters in our country and the Republic of Tatarstan. Everyone has put their heart and soul into the reconstruction of the building. First of all, the Minister of Culture of our republic, she personally dealt with everything that we see today. Also our wonderful architects, designers, builders! Who's to say that we had a crisis? This year, we have invested 1.5 billion rubles in cultural facilities," Nail Magdeev said, welcoming the guests.
He stressed that all the work on the construction and repair of cultural institutions is carried out thanks to the support of the federal center, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, and personally Rustam Nurgalievich. Minnikhanov.
It should be noted that a large amount of work was carried out in Naberezhnye Chelny last year in terms of repairing and updating the material and technical base of cultural facilities. The reconstruction of the former building of the House of Culture "Builder" to accommodate the Ayaz Gilyazov Tatar Drama Theater, and the renovation of the House of Culture "Energetik" have been completed. Repairs were also carried out at the Children's School of Theater Arts and Salikh Saidashev Children's School No. 6.
Nail Magdeev also expressed his gratitude to all cultural workers.: "During the pandemic, we realized that it is impossible to live without communication. It is you who introduce the residents to music, theater, art, and culture. I want to say a huge thank you! Thanks to you, during this difficult period, we have preserved the unique spirit that exists in our multinational republic," said the mayor.
Irada Ayupova noted in her speech that due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the country and the world, the online format of cultural activities was mastered in the republic , new interesting forms of work with virtual viewers and listeners were proposed, and the range of online services expanded: "In 2020 , state and municipal cultural institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan conducted about 58 thousand online events with a total of more than 40 million virtual visits. The geography of visitors to online events has significantly expanded, including from abroad: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Italy, Poland, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Israel, Turkey, Moldova, Armenia, USA, Bulgaria, Latvia, Spain, etc."
Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin noted that the industry has well-trained personnel: "During a difficult period of restrictions, your field played an important socio-therapeutic role, supported people psychologically and emotionally," he stressed.
He also said that this year, despite all the difficulties, the financing of the cultural sector will not be reduced.
