The «Yuri Belousov Family Festival of Tourism, Sports and Outdoor Recreation» will be timed to the 400th anniversary of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and will be held for the ninth time. The event will take place on August 29-30 on the territory of the «Raduga» sanatorium.
Participation in the event is free, registration before visiting is mandatory on the website YuraBelousov.rf.The event is aimed at families with children, young people and everyone who wants to discover tourism and outdoor recreation or simply spend time with relatives and friends in nature. The festival program is built around the idea of harmonious personal development through interaction with nature, sports and family values.
Guests will enjoy interactive master classes on tourism, sports competitions, meetings with active tourist clubs and sports sections, as well as a unique opportunity to learn from the experience of USSR champions and masters of sports in tourism. Particular attention is paid to teaching safety rules in the forest, in the mountains and in nature — this is an important part of forming a conscious attitude towards outdoor recreation in children and adults. Last year the festival gathered about 5,000 participants from more than 30 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, and this year the organizers expect about 5.5 thousand people.
