On March 20, the City Palace of Children and Youth Creativity No. 1 hosted qualifying rounds in the categories "Choreography", "Theater" and "Original Genre".
During the application campaign, the organizing committee received 152 applications, including:

The festival is organized by the "Nur" Youth Center and the "City Student Council" with the support of the Youth Affairs Department of the Executive Committee of the City of Naberezhnye Chelny.
The Gala concert program will include the best creative performances of the festival, and the winners will be awarded with diplomas and prizes from the festival partners.
