Director The Executive Committee of Naberezhnye Chelny Farid Salakhov commented on the situation regarding the construction of educational institutions in 68 microdistrict. He explained that in 2006, by decision of the City Council No. 14/4 , the current general plan of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny was approved, which does not provide for the placement of a school and kindergarten on the land located on Z.Yarullina Street.
"In accordance with the Rules of land use and development of the municipal formation of Naberezhnye Chelny, approved by the decision of the City Council of On 10/25/2007, No. 56/4, the entire 68 microdistrict was located in zone Z-3, that is , a mixed-use development of individual residential buildings, blockaded apartment buildings and low-rise apartment buildings. In accordance with the amendments made to the Rules of Land Use and Development by the decision of the City Council No. 30/7 of 2019, the area under private residential buildings was changed to a zone Zh-2, and the vacant lot on the land plot along Yarullina Street remained in the Zh-3 zone. These measures were taken to ensure that an apartment building was not built on the neighboring four or six sites . In compliance with all legal norms, the land plot along Yarullina Street was leased to Stroyproekt-Plus LLC for a period of 5 years after the auction," Farid Salakhov commented, adding that the company had received an order for preparatory work and a construction permit.
The head
of the Executive Committee noted that the issue of the needs
of educational institutions has been studied. Thus, the number of school-age children living
in 68 microdistricts and attending neighboring schools is 30 people, and the design capacity of the school is at least 800 students.
"I would like to inform you that the 69th microdistrict of the general plan of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny provides for the placement of a school. We hope that this plan will be implemented in the coming years," concluded Farid Salakhov.
