Employers of the Republic of Tatarstan can receive compensation of up to 200 thousand rubles for equipping workplaces for people with disabilities and combat veterans. The funds are allocated by the Branch of the Social Fund of Russia subject to compliance with the established employment conditions.
Subsidies are provided for creating workplaces for citizens with disabilities of the first and second groups, as well as for combat veterans of any disability group. Employment must be formalized for at least 9 months on a full working day basis, taking into account the duration established for this category of workers. At the same time, a person with a disability is guaranteed remuneration of no less than the minimum wage.
To receive compensation, the employer must, within three months from the date of concluding the employment contract, submit an application to the employment service. The application is accompanied by documents confirming the expenses for equipping the workplace, taking into account the individual rehabilitation or habilitation program of the person and the nature of the work performed.
After verification, the information is transferred to the Branch of the Social Fund of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan. In the absence of comments, the employer is included in the register, and within 10 days the funds in the amount of the expenses incurred, but not more than 200 thousand rubles, are transferred to his account.
