The first half of the current year was marked by a real wedding boom, which fell on beautiful, mirror dates. The most popular day was June 26, 2026 – on that day 78 couples decided to tie the knot. This was announced at the operational meeting by the head of the Civil Registry Office Ravilya Zaripova.
The second most popular day was June 6, 2026 – then 60 couples sealed the union of two hearts. The top three is rounded out by June 20, 2026 – when 48 new families were created.
At the request of the newlyweds, the Palace of Celebrations operates on holidays and Sundays. Thus, on June 12, Russia Day, the doors were open for 25 families. On April 26, a Sunday, solemn marriage registration ceremonies were also held.
Preparations are already underway for the upcoming “beautiful” dates of the second half of the year, so that every couple has the opportunity to choose their ideal day.
In the anniversary year, symbolic events have acquired particular significance. Thus, with the participation of the city mayor, the 400th married couple was registered – in honor of the city's 400th anniversary.
Since the start of the special military operation, 642 families have been registered with the participation of military personnel; marriage registration was carried out on the day of application.
The oldest groom turned 88 years old, and the beautiful bride – 85 years old. Over the past six months, 109 grooms and 97 brides over 50 years old have taken a step toward shared happiness, among them 11 grooms and 6 brides who have crossed the 70-year mark.
