In your personal account on the Pension Fund's website www.pfr.gov.ru There is an electronic service that allows you to obtain a certificate confirming the right to a set of social services. This is relevant for citizens from among the federal beneficiaries who have chosen to receive a set of social services in kind, in whole or in part.
The specified certificate must be submitted to the organization that provides social services to the person. It is mainly required in medical institutions to receive preferential medicines. Sometimes you may also need a certificate when applying to the Social Insurance Fund or social protection authorities for a permit for sanatorium treatment.
To receive a certificate, you must log into your personal account on the Pension Fund's website and in the section "Social benefits" select the service "Order a certificate of entitlement to receive an NSO". If you have the appropriate permission , a document will be generated that can be printed and presented on request. The certificate received through the personal account is certified by an electronic signature and is equivalent to a similar certificate issued by the client services of the FIU.
The range of social services includes medicines and medical products, therapeutic nutrition products for disabled children, vouchers for sanatorium treatment, as well as paid travel to the place of treatment. At a person's choice, social services can be partially or fully provided in the form of a monetary equivalent.
In addition to confirming the right to an NSO, in the FIU's electronic cabinet, you can also choose which of the services included in the set will be provided in kind and which will be provided in cash.
