The festive evening at the Masterovye Theatre began with a red carpet, where guests were greeted by artists in national costumes, and a string ensemble played in the foyer. The event was held in accordance with the objectives of the national project "Family". The solemn part was opened by the theatre actors, who met on the proscenium and performed a song about the city of lovers.
Naberezhnye Chelny is known all over the world as the capital of heavy truck manufacturing, however, behind industrial successes there are always people and families, noted Mayor Nail Magdeev in his speech: "Sometimes we wonder: what is the main strength of KAMAZ and Naberezhnye Chelny? In my opinion, it is not only in modern technologies and the labor heroism of the first builders. The main strength of our multinational autograd is in our families. This is a reliable foundation for self-realization in the city, the republic and the whole country.
Today I want to say a huge thank you to our Chelny families, to those who have lived together here for 10, 20, 30 years or more. You are the foundation of our city's life. It is families that create that unique atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding that reigns in Chelny. Love and respect for each other grow from here. Guests, who are arriving in large numbers this year, first of all note this special atmosphere. This unique spirit was created, is being created and will be created by our Chelny families".
The key event was the presentation of the "For Love and Fidelity" medals. 11 married couples, whose union has become an example for many, took the stage. Among the awardees are combat veterans, first builders of KAMAZ, honored teachers, doctors and parents of many children. Special words of gratitude were addressed to families who took children into foster care, and to spouses who have lived together for 70 years.
The Ayupov spouses have been walking hand in hand for 38 years. Shamil Nailovich is a retired colonel, a participant in the special military operation, a deputy and a combat veteran, awarded the "For Courage" medals and the Order "For Merit to the Republic of Tatarstan". Tatyana Yuryevna is a faithful spouse and a comrade-in-arms, an educator who headed a department in the tax service for many years. Together they raised worthy sons and three granddaughters, and are actively involved in public work.
"It is a great honor for us to receive this high award, – shared Tatyana Yuryevna Ayupova, who has lived with her officer husband for 38 years. – Shamil and I have always walked hand in hand, and our main reward is our children and grandchildren".
The Badygin spouses have created a strong family based on mutual support and trust. Their union is inextricably linked with the "People's Enterprise Cardboard and Paper Mill" – the labor dynasty spans 194 years. Gennady Petrovich is the director of the corrugated packaging factory, Zhanna Nikolaevna works as an accountant at the mill. They raised two children, strengthening the traditions of professional succession.
The Gabitov spouses are celebrating their golden wedding this year – 50 years of life together. Idris Talipovich is an Honored Power Engineer of the TASSR, Honorary Citizen of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, and a recipient of the Order of Labor Glory. Zolkhabirya Shakirovna worked in the construction industry for almost 40 years and is a labor veteran. They raised a daughter and two grandchildren who continued the dynasty of power engineers.
The Zaripov spouses have been living in love and harmony for 45 years, proving that fidelity and diligence are the foundation of a strong marriage. Rauf Khayrullovich is an Honored Machine Builder of the Russian Federation, has been working at KAMAZ for 45 years, and is the author of rationalization proposals with a multi-thousand economic effect. His wife works as the head of the KAMAZ health center, with over 43 years of work experience. They raised two sons who founded a family dance school and participated in the all-Russian forum "Native-Beloved".
The Matveev spouses have been living in harmony for 46 years and have been faithfully serving artistic gymnastics for more than half a century. They have raised a galaxy of champions, many of whom have become coaches themselves. They raised a daughter – a master of sports, and a son – a professional pilot and director. Their strength of principles and the upbringing of talented children with strong families is a vivid example to follow.
The Rakityansky spouses have been together for 47 years. The head of the family Vyacheslav Grigoryevich is a talented design engineer, has been working at KAMAZ for more than 50 years, and holds 6 patents for inventions in the automotive industry. Larisa Pavlovna worked in the KAMAZ Economics Department for more than 45 years. The spouses' favorite hobby is ballroom dancing, where they have repeatedly won prizes at international competitions. They raised two children and help raise their grandchildren.
The Ryzhov spouses consider their six children, whom they raise in a spirit of mutual respect and diligence, to be their main wealth. Zhanna Rafkatovna was awarded the state award of the Republic of Tatarstan "Ana dany – Maternal Glory", works at the "Asyltash" shelter, and engages in creative activities with the shelter's pupils. Her husband Sergey Viktorovich helps and supports his wife in everything.

The Sultanov spouses have been together for 50 years. Their union is a harmony of engineering precision and pedagogical talent. Akhat Akhmadullovich ensured flight safety at Begishevo Airport for 40 years and was awarded a medal by the Ministry of Civil Aviation of the Russian Federation. Fatima Rashidovna is an Honored Teacher of Tatarstan, a candidate of sciences, and managed the Palace of Creativity for more than 20 years. They raised two children and enjoy four grandchildren.
The Urmaev spouses are first builders, participants in the creation of the city-forming enterprise – KAMAZ. The spouses showed rare philanthropy – by taking three children into foster care, they raised six, despite the lack of housing and material reserves. They supported each other in the fight against serious illnesses, proving that love overcomes any difficulties.
The Khalimov spouses celebrated their sapphire wedding – 45 years of life together, having traveled the path from rural teachers to leading educational figures of the city. Ramil Marvanovich is an Honored Teacher of the Republic of Tatarstan, Assistant to the Mayor of the city, who determined the education strategy of Chelny for more than two decades. Rushaniya Khubbatovna is an Honored Teacher of Tatarstan, who worked as a biology teacher for 22 years. They raised two successful children who continued the pedagogical dynasty.
Medals were also received by families who could not attend the ceremony. The Denislyamov spouses serve one cause together – culture and music, both work at the Salikh Saidashev Children's Music School. Remzi Abdulmazhitovich is the artistic director and conductor of the wind orchestra, Marina Dzhuraevna is a talented teacher. The Novozhenin spouses have been married for 30 years – Irina Yuryevna works as a district nurse, Andrey Valeryevich is currently defending the Motherland in the special military operation zone. The Shaikhulov spouses have lived together for 70 (!) years – Shafik Nasibullovich went from a home front worker to a miner with 50 years of experience, and Raisa Khabitovna gave people beauty for many years as a talented seamstress.
Labor dynasties of KAMAZ were also honored on stage. Deputy General Director of the auto giant Siren Galiakberov and Deputy Head of the Civil Registry Office Danis Salyakhutdinov awarded five legendary families. The total experience of the Vasin-Kuznetsov dynasty exceeded 255 years, and the Savushkin dynasty has given the plant more than 129 years. Representatives of these families work at the enterprise from controllers to heads of departments, passing the profession from generation to generation.
The festive evening ended with a performance of the classic comedy "Marriage", which gave the audience many positive emotions and reminded them of the importance of taking care of their significant others.
The culminating and most memorable moment of the evening at "Masterovye" was the visit of the event by newlyweds. Roman and Victoria Butyaev, who registered their marriage in the morning hours, visited the gathering, which became their first meeting with colleagues in their new family status.
