At the meeting of the City Council, deputies approved amendments to the Forecast Plan (program) for the privatization of municipal property of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny for 2026. The document has been officially supplemented with a list of real estate objects subject to privatization in the current year.
The decision was made in order to replenish the revenue side of the local budget and optimize the structure of municipal property, and in accordance with the Regulation "On the Procedure for Privatization of Municipal Property of the City of Naberezhnye Chelny", approved by the Decision of the City Council.
The approved list officially consolidates the municipal real estate objects earmarked for privatization in 2026, which ensures transparency and efficiency in the management of city assets.
