The party landing assessed the quality of work in the 37th complex of the city. The delegation included State Duma deputy Alfiya Kogogina, deputies of the State Council of Tatarstan Ildar Shamilov and Vladimir Chagin, Deputy Head of the municipal formation Irina Sagidullina, deputies of the City Council Andrey Maksimov, Irina Nurgatina and Larisa Zubrilova.
The programme initiated by the Rais of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has covered all 45 municipal formations of the republic over six years. In total, 5,851 courtyard areas have been put in order in the region. In Naberezhnye Chelny, 68 courtyard areas are being comprehensively renovated. This large-scale work organically fits into the goals of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", whose key objective is to improve housing conditions and create a comfortable, safe and modern urban environment for citizens.
Active work is currently underway in the courtyards of buildings 37/06 and 37/07: laying sidewalks, replacing lighting, expanding parking areas and arranging children's and sports playgrounds with the renewal of small architectural forms.
"The programme has become an example for the whole country and a powerful tool for creating a comfortable environment. It is important that the development of plans and implementation of works are carried out in close contact with residents, which allows maintaining a balance between green spaces and parking places", the deputies noted.
