The application campaign for the 12th season of the Republican project "Personnel Reserve" – 2021 is taking place until January 24. The Personnel Reserve is a long–term development program that creates conditions for the self-realization of the youth of the Republic of Tatarstan, stimulates labor and educational mobility, and promotes interaction between young citizens and representatives of government authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Young people between the ages of 16 and 30, who are active citizens, carry out community work, and implement social or business projects, are invited to participate in the project. Candidates go through several stages of selection: filling out an application on the website www.rezervrt.ru , testing and face-to-face interview with experts. The selection allows you to determine the motivation, experience, personal achievements, leadership potential, general outlook and business qualities of applicants.
The Republican youth project "Personnel Reserve" has been implemented since 2009 by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan in cooperation with the NGO "Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan".
