The federal stage of the "Work of Russia. Time of Opportunities" job fair took place in Naberezhnye Chelny, where leading enterprises of the region presented their offers. 22 employers participated in the event (18 enterprises from Naberezhnye Chelny and four from the Tukayevsky District). More than 1,000 job vacancies were presented to job seekers. Among the participants were industrial enterprises and social institutions: PJSC «КАМАЗ», "Enterprise of Automobile Roads", "AMMONIUM" (Mendeleevsk), "Gidroelektromontazh", "Saturn", "AGROSILA. CHELNY-MPK", "Tukayevsky Plemreproduktor", "Naberezhnye Chelny Incubator", the Main Directorate of the FSSP for the Republic of Tatarstan, kindergartens, a choreography school, and others.
Vacancies were presented for both skilled workers and office staff: logistics operators, drivers, pipeliners, contact center operators, sales managers, equipment adjusters, pickers, welders, locksmiths, cooks, and many others.
The event was held in an open dialogue format: participants were able to personally meet with representatives of HR departments, learn everything about working conditions, and undergo preliminary interviews right on the spot.
Ten thematic platforms operated at the fair: an interactive employer zone, a vocational education institution platform, "Business-Start" and "Employer" clubs, master classes and business games, a virtual journey into the world of professions using VR glasses, a consultation platform on state support measures for citizens, a platform for SVO participants and their family members in cooperation with the "Defenders of the Fatherland" foundation, and a platform within the framework of probation work with the participation of the penal inspection.
Almost a thousand people visited the All-Russian job fair – job seekers, students, and schoolchildren. 83 job seekers received directions for further interviews.
