Twenty-five children with hearing impairments from school No. 88 took part in the republican program «Me and the World of Sounds» at the «Globus» camp on the Black Sea coast within the framework of the national project «Youth and Children».
Throughout the shift, the children were in an atmosphere of joy and new discoveries. The program included exciting excursions, games, celebrations, master classes and sea bathing, where every day was filled with friendship and vivid impressions.
The most active participants received diplomas from the republican center «Chernomorets», and Darina Kuznetsova – the squad commander – was awarded a special prize. The counselors were school teachers and a student of targeted training at Moscow Pedagogical State University in the field of «Deaf Pedagogy».
The trip became possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan: the children were able to fully spend their summer holidays together with hearing peers and find friends from different parts of the country.
