A citizen has the right to change their medical organization once a year. To do this, you need to visit the registry of the chosen clinic with a passport, CHI (OMS) policy, and SNILS, and write an application addressed to the chief physician. The attachment service is also available digitally on the State Services of the RF portal.

A referral to narrow specialists in medical centers (BSMP, KDMC) is issued exclusively by the local general practitioner or pediatrician of your clinic at the place of attachment if medical indications exist. You can only make an appointment directly and independently with a GP, pediatrician, surgeon, ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, and dentist.

You can check your health at the clinic of your attachment in the medical prevention room. For residents aged 18 to 39, a health check-up is due once every 3 years; after 40, it is annual. The package includes basic tests, fluorography, ECG, blood pressure measurement, and examinations by specialized doctors.

Calls are accepted daily through the unified contact center of your clinic or via the registry phone number from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM (on Saturdays — according to the on-duty doctor's schedule). You can also place a call via the State Services of RT portal in the morning hours. Urgent care calls are accepted later as well.

An electronic prescription for subsidized medicines is issued by your attending physician at the clinic if a confirmed benefit (federal or regional) exists. Dispensing is carried out in specialized pharmacies of the 'Tattekhmedfarm' network; the doctor will inform you about the addresses and drug availability during the appointment.
