Each building has two addresses: an official street address (for documents) and a construction address (e.g., 30th complex, building 10, or short — 30/10). For navigation convenience, both options are displayed on most building facades and maps.

The schedule is published on the main page of our portal in the 'Housing and Utilities / News' block and is divided by hydraulic testing phases. Residents of New City, GES, and ZYAB can enter their complex and building number into the service search bar to instantly get the exact dates of the hot water supply shutdown and restoration.

You can submit an application and check if your address is included in the plan on the official republic portal dvor.tatar.ru or through the electronic reception of the city hall. Lists are formed based on residents' activity, voting results, and the technical condition of the asphalt pavement and street lighting.

112 is the single number for emergencies. For ongoing utility issues, use the 'People's Control' system (on the State Services of RT portal) or the dispatch service of MUP 'PAD'. Applications with photos are processed within 24–48 hours with a mandatory online status report.

Visiting is open 24/7 and free, but walking pets is allowed strictly on a leash and with a muzzle (for large breeds). For active training with dogs, specialized enclosed areas with equipment are provided in 'Pribrezhny' park and on the embankment, where pets can run off-leash.
