You need to submit an investment application and a package of documents through the city's Investment Portal or contact the City Investment Attraction Agency. The main criteria are: registration of a legal entity in Chelny, creation of new jobs (from 10-20 depending on the industry), and a capital investment volume of at least 20 million rubles.

100% of such requests are processed through the City Archive (4 Akademika Rubanenko St.) or through the 'My Documents' MFC. If you need data regarding subdivisions of PJSC 'KAMAZ', the request can also be sent directly to the auto giant's unified archive.

Documents are submitted through the MFC or the Unified Portal of State Services of the Russian Federation to the Department of Architecture and Urban Development of the city's Executive Committee. You will need a remodeling project prepared by a licensed organization (SRO member), the technical passport of the premises, and the consent of all owners.

The service is fully digitized on the State Services of RT portal. The developer must provide a town planning land plan (GPZU), engineering survey results, project documentation, and a positive expert review. The permit issuance period takes up to 5 working days.

You can issue a GPZU for free through your personal account on State Services of RT or at any MFC branch in the city. The document is prepared by the City Architecture Department within 14 working days from the registration of the application by the land owner or tenant.
