Issuance of consent to conclude an employment contract with orphans and children left without parental care who have received general education and reached the age of fourteen, for performing light work that does not harm their health, or with orphans and children left without parental care who are receiving general education and have reached the age of fourteen, for performing light work that does not harm their health in their free time from education and without prejudice to the mastery of the educational program, issuance of permission to conclude an employment contract with a person under the age of fourteen for participation in the creation and (or) performance (exhibition) of works in cinematography organizations, theaters, theater and concert organizations, circuses without harm to health and moral development
