The provincial town of Naberezhnye Chelny made its contribution to the Great Victory, and just like for every village and town of the vast country, the home front became the frontline for it.
During the class, schoolchildren and students will learn about the life of the provincial town of Naberezhnye Chelny during the Great Patriotic War. Participants will learn about:
- enterprises and institutions, military orders;
- collective farms of the Chelninsky district, the heroic labor of villagers for the front;
- fundraising for the Victory Fund;
- evacuated children's institutions, the help of Chelny residents to the front;
- I. I. Utrobin, the extraordinary fate of the "Chelny Stierlitz", and others.
