The Budget and Accounting Reporting Department of the Finance Department of the Executive Committee is a structural subdivision of the Finance Department of the Executive Committee that organizes budget and accounting records and prepares budget reports for the budget of the Naberezhnye Chelny municipality.
The main tasks of the department are:
1) organization of budget and accounting;
2) preparation of budget reports on the implementation of the budget of the municipal formation of Naberezhnye Chelny and consolidated accounting statements of municipal budgetary and autonomous institutions;
3) conducting internal municipal financial control.
