In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated December 30, 2005 No. 144 ZRT "On granting local self-government bodies of municipal districts and urban districts the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to form and organize the activities of administrative commissions", Articles 62, 64 of the Charter of the municipal formation of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny by the decision of the City Council of the municipal formation of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny dated April 6, 2006. No. 11/5 the administrative commission of the Naberezhnye Chelny municipal formation was established, the composition of the administrative commission and the Rules of its work were approved.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 11/19/2020 amended the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 12/30/2005 No. 144-ZRT "On granting local self-government bodies of municipal districts and urban districts the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to establish and organize the activities of administrative commissions." By the decision of the City Council of February 16, 2021 No. 5/8, the Executive Committee of the Naberezhnye Chelny municipal formation was determined by the body authorized to create and organize the activities of the administrative commission.
By Resolution No. 1106 of the Executive Committee of the City dated February 17, 2021, an administrative commission was established, and the composition and regulations of the administrative commission were approved for a period of 5 years.
Within the framework of its powers, the main task of the administrative commission is to consider cases of administrative offenses within its competence. In addition, the tasks include identifying the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of administrative offenses, their prevention and prevention.
According to the schedule, meetings of the administrative commission are held weekly three times a week:
- at the Avtozavodsky district administration of the Executive Committee on Tuesdays from 2 p.m. at 112 Shamil Usmanov Street, office 103, Naberezhnye Chelny (Novy Gorod, 49/09);
- in the administration of the Central district of the Executive Committee on Wednesdays from 14:00 at the address: Naberezhnye Chelny, Boulevard Enthusiasts, 11, office 402 (New Town, house 3/08);
- in the administration of the Komsomolsk district Executive Committee on Thursdays from 2 p.m. at the address: 56A Musa Jalil Avenue, office 302, Naberezhnye Chelny (8/7A HPP settlement)."
